It's Written All Over His Face
How curious.
When comparing Obama's facial reactions during two separate events on the same day, two events which were so completely different, Obama's inappropriate reactions to each situation must be examined.
Situation 1
28 April 2009
MSNBC - Obama Comments on Flyover
"It was a mistake, as was, uh, as was stated. Uhhhhhhh, it was sumpthin', uhhhhhh, we found out ab- about, uh, along with, uh, all of you, and, uh, it will not happen again."
MSNBC announces this segment as Obama apologizing for the flyover. As you can plainly see from Obama's words transcribed above, and hear via the video, Obama does not apologize, nor does he regret, nor does he accept responsibility; Obama comments on the flyover. Nothing more.
And, through his entire commentary, Obama is smiling. Almost chuckling. Glib! If he could shrug and get away with it, it looks as though he would. And what's with this royal "we" he's come to use with all too much frequency?
Hey! Obama! Your Administration just callously and cavalierly frightened hundreds, if not thousands, of people in New York City. People who were stricken with needless fear and panic as they fled their high-rise office buildings and ran for their lives on the streets believing the worst - believing another attack of their city was underway.
By the way, MSNBC "just happened" to omit the video that shows the people of New York City screaming and running for their lives (freely available on the internet), victims of the Obama Administration's audacity and arrogance.
The Obama Administration approved, what they first called a "test mission" and then later called a "photo opportunity", the flight of Air Force One's twin, with a fighter jet (or two) following behind, to fly over Ground Zero, several times, on a bright sunny day. Which is it?
The White House said the authorities were notified, but, somehow, Mayor Bloomberg didn't hear a thing about it. The Obama Administration, through the FAA, who was the department to send out the notification, made it a federal offense if anyone duly notified informed the public. Strange how the Obama Administration made sure this rule and regulation was firmly in place and completely understood by the notified before the flyover.
The White House Military Director, Louis Caldera, took responsibility, in a "qualified" apology, for authorizing the request for the flyover. Caldera never stated who requested the flyover.
"Last week, I approved a mission over New York. I take responsibility for that decision," Caldera said. "While federal authorities took the proper steps to notify state and local authorities in New York and New Jersey, it's clear that the mission created confusion and disruption. I apologize and take responsibility for any distress that flight caused."
Caldera should have said: "I apologize and take responsibility for THE distress that flight caused."
Situation 2
As Obama is unable to speak for longer than fifteen seconds without the strict use of a pre-approved script fed through a teleprompter, there have been occasions when his telepets have behaved poorly and caused him embarrassment. Today, as Obama was speaking at the annual meeting at The National Academy of Sciences, was one of those days.
When watching the video, stay focused on Obama's face, particularly his eyes and mouth.

Obama Teleprompter Situation
"In addition to John -- sorry, the -- I just noticed that I jumped the gun here -- go ahead and move it up. (Laughter.) I'd already -- I'd already introduced all you guys."
Did you see how angry he became at the laughter? He tries to play it off, but then, it happens again! The quick slitting of his eyes, the sideways glance, and then again when he tightens his jaw, thrusting it forward ever-so-slightly. He is ANGRY. You can see it just beneath the surface. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be the person responsible for feeding Obama's telepet; he/she has probably been "let go" and is now in line for one of those "jump-started" green jobs Obama's is always talking about but never creates. You've got to wonder if he believes the audience is laughing at him or the malfunctioning, Obama-can't-live-without-it, telepet.
Point being: Obama smiles carelessly and very cavalierly at the fear, panic, and mental anguish his administration wrought needlessly (and with federal prosecution looming if anyone divulged to the public the flyover would be happening) on thousands of New Yorkers - but - seethes with palpable anger at his teleprompter malfunctioning and the audience laughing at the/his malfunction.
Obama doesn't seem to be wired properly. He seems completely without a soul. Choosing to vote (four times) in favor of infanticide over life-saving techniques for infants born alive of botched abortions is soulless.
